The 42 unit project consists of individual casitas which range from 1,700sq.ft to 2,300 sq.ft. The site plan provides for golf, mountain or city light views. Floor plans offer a wide diversity of room arrangements as well as exterior appearance. Each plan was designed with exterior options including a variety of entry gate designs and "lock off" rooms. These rooms are independently accessible from the outside, allowing them to be rented as guest suites separate from the main houses.
