Swaback Partners was brought in to provide supplemental design expertise and offer additional enhancements to a new development on the Sea of Cortez. The scope of this project includes three buildings totaling 45 condominium units. Special attention is being given to capture the dramatic ocean views and distant mountain views. Site amenities include items such as a negative edge pool, hot tub, fire pits, grill areas, sand play area, grass areas, sun decks, a fishing cabana/boat house with a connecting pier and various outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing.
