Tally Towers

This eleven-story building was developed for Talley Industries. Swaback Partners had been providing space-planning services for Phoenix Metro Investors on the one and two story buildings existing on this site, including the Talley Headquarters Office. We were retained to design the tower and parking structure, upgrade the existing facilities and when the tower was ready for occupancy, Swaback Partners established the building standards package, designed the logo and signage and developed marketing material for leasing space. Suite by suite, Swaback Partners provided space-planning services over several years, until all spaces had been built-out, including two floors for Talley Industries new Corporate Headquarters location within the Tower.
