Swaback Partners is currently providing planning and design services for the development of Laughlin Ranch, a Master Planned Golf Community, located adjacent to Laughlin, Nevada along the Colorado River. The property, located on the east side of the Colorado River along the northern ridge of the Black Mountains is approximately 12,000 acres and has elevation changes of well over five hundred feet. The property is located within the Mohave Desert and provides dramatic views to Nevada, California and Arizona. The planned development, based on sustainable planning practices and principles calls for the creation of three core high density, mixed-use villages that will be surrounded by open space and a ranch of housing types and styles.
