Martis Camp is a private golf and ski community located between Truckee and North Lake Tahoe. Situated high in the Martis Valley, nearly 40% of the 2,177-acre property is preserved open space, including a major wildlife corridor, Audubon wetlands, and the meandering Martis Creek. In addition the site has been designed with an extensive community trail network for both summer and winter seasons.

Swaback Partners has been instrumental in the master planning of the project and is now playing a significant role in the architectural design of its golf clubhouses, golf cottages, community gatehouse, maintenance facility and several community-wide facilities, including a nature center and a cultural park and amphitheater. Golf amenities include a Tom Fazio signature course and a Dick Bailey designed putting course.
