Solstice is a mixed-use development located in Mesquite, Nevada – just outside of Las Vegas. Swaback Partners is master planning a 1,200 room hotel tower with full resort amenities, 1000 units of urban residential living, a 200,000 square foot gaming and conference facility and a commercial district with approximately 600,000 square feet of shops, stores and restaurants.

In addition to the overall design process, Swaback Partners lead the entire effort for project entitlements which were secured in 2007. The project is currently in the beginning construction phase.
