The firm has expressed "Green Architecture" in projects ranging from innovative community planning to residential homes. The 31,500 sq. ft. Univison Studio and corporate headquarters facility incorporates these principles with techniques including extensive use of rammed earth. Comfortable exterior spaces were achieved with fabric tensile shade structures. The facility includes a state of the art studio, a sub-grade parking structure, a natural water feature meandering and bridging the building and surrounding exterior spaces, rusted steel detailing, plus solar sensitive and regionally appropriate architectural application of materials and vegetation.
