The 40 acre park is part of an overall 1,600 acre Master Planned Community. Swaback Partners Multicolored design for the central buildings and related shade structures represent a childlike playfulness. Steeply pitched metal roof and ornamental banners are featured in addition to geometric shapes incised into all exterior walls. Volume spaces provide natural ventilation for the interior toilet room facilities and all design elements are built to withstand the rigorous demand of public park utilization.
