This 12,000 square foot clubhouse has been designed to also serve as the marketing center for the 500 acre community. A creative blend of traditional materials, such as the patina copper roof, and the jade green awning structures help blend the facility with its native desert setting and the rich green fairways of the golf course. All major spaces have been designed to capitalizes on the views afforded by the hillside setting.
