This was the first and largest of three related neighborhood recreation centers, built as features of the 2,600 acre Mountain Park Ranch Community. It includes a 45' x 75' pool, 16' square foot wading pool, and 10' diameter spa all clustered within a common deck area. Extensive shading structures were incorporated to provide solar relief as well as to define a multi-use activity area. The pool equipment room and rest rooms are combined into a single architectural feature. The four acre site also includes tennis courts, tot lot areas, volleyball court, general play areas and parking.
