Swaback Partners was hired to evaluate a range of options from various remodel possibilities, to complete a new facility. We based the option on program requirements, initial costs, life cycle values, artful expression, to determine the approach considered to best address the stewardship of Phoenix Country Club as a premier club.

Swaback Partners solicited input from representatives of the club’s various functions to determine where current facilities are adequate and/or where improvements were desired and
developed a “conceptual” design, representing proposed spaces, adjacencies and sizes for the purpose of evaluating costs.
