This 10 acre, 90,000 square foot facility is the flag ship of a newly created village center, all part of the 5,000 acre Master Plan for the village of Kohler, Wisconsin, master planned by Swaback Partners.

The complex includes an outdoor racquet court, a 100 person restaurant, indoor/outdoor swimming and therapy pool, a beauty salon, proshop, and all related exercise provisions. The complex is a recipient of a citation award from the Arizona Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
